Customer Care Agent (m/f/x) with Dutch language skills

For its subsidiary Wirecard Communication Services GmbH, Leipzig, we are seeking you to strengthen our team.
Your Duties
  • Telephone consulting and support of the international clientele of our customers
  • Analysing and responding to customer queries via phone and e-mail
  • Administration of customer data
Your Profile
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or you are proficient in Dutch and one more of the stated languages (either German or English) and hold a B2 Level and higher
  • You have a pleasant telephone voice as well as good pronunciation skills
  • You are customer oriented, like to work in a team and you are flexible to work in shifts (24/7)
  • You enjoy working in an international and multilingual environment
  • You have good computer skills (office software, e-mail, Internet) and a high affinity to modern means of communication
