We are looking for someone to join our team in Aschheim/Munich
Your tasks
- Supporting the project management team in cross-departmental projects from planning to successful implementation, under guidance and instructions from the Project Managers
- Tracking and coordinating the project plan, project related activities, issues & milestones from start until launch of a project involving a wide range of different parties and systems both at Wirecard and on the customer side
- Participation in the co-ordination of the technical conception, description of the requirements, monitoring of the implementation and testing activities
- Reporting and documentation management, creation and updating the project related documents and other details
- Assisting in hosting of meetings and keeping notes of meeting minutes and actions items
Your profile
- Enrolled at a German University in an IT, Management or any comparable field of study
- Independent, autonomous and structured working method with high level of commitment
- Strong communication and intercultural skills with an ability to communicate with different hierarchy levels
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written (any other languages are a plus)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Project or in another project management tool
