Social Media Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for someone to join our team in Aschheim/Munich
Your tasks
  • Work closely and collaboratively across brand, creative, paid social, PR and synergy teams to develop and execute social-first ideas
  • Execute, monitor and analyze globally integrated social media campaigns across all social media channels
  • Own goals/KPIs for social including follower growth, engagement, customer acquisition, community building, and revenue
  • Be able to determine the existing and potential ROI of social media activities based on the regular analysis
  • Working with the SEM and SEO leads to interpret key analytics to assess the progress and success of organic SEO and SEM strategies
  • Create innovations in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively engage consumers and deliver against brand communication and business objectives
  • Interact with all levels throughout the organization including outside stakeholders
  • Curate social media activities of multiple teams all over the world

Your profile
  • Interest in the digital payments industry and tech innovation in retail/e-commerce
  • Several years of experience in general social media management of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Instagram preferably within an international company
  • Excellent German and English writing skills and ability to reflect the brand identity in the written language
  • Openness toward the complex digital products understanding and agility to switch between different types of projects
  • Strong ability to collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders agencies/partners/influencers
  • Will to proactively communicate and execute fresh ideas and new projects
  • Skillful time management and ability to prioritize a large amount of tasks
