We are looking for someone to join our team in Aschheim/Munich
Your tasks
  • Establish and enforce the Change Management process and ensure that each change request follows the complete procedure to insure the minimum service disruption
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations related to Change Management across a Global IT Organization, ensure that change requests are logged, prioritized, categorized, assessed, well documented and aligned with the business needs
  • Coordinate with application owners, business units to manage cross division change request through its lifecycle
  • Evaluate change impact, risk assessment, potential collision with other change requests to ensure the impact on Infrastructure and Service
  • Perform regular reviews, publish and manage formal change notification for all stakeholders as well as maintain a tracking and reporting system to document all changes
  • Establish and lead the Global Change Advisory Board with different parties from different divisions, work closely with operation teams, customers and other stakeholders

Your profile
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline with profound understanding of IT with several years' experience as a Change or Incident Manager
  • Knowledge of BMC or ServiceNow tool, a solid understanding of configuration management principles and ITIL V3 qualification is a must
  • Team player, self-motivated, able to think independently, to analyze and structure complex tasks and requirements, experience of dealing with an array of senior stakeholders, communication and facilitation skills and able to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Excellent communication skills in English
